How long does it take for an average Birthday Party/Event?

Approximately 1 hour depending on the size of the party, this is an estimate average time. For large groups and fundraising events, is typically 30 minutes per 20 bears.

How do I make reservation?

Send a message via Facebook or email for availability.

What if I need to cancel a party? Is there a cancellation fee?

Please notify as soon as possible if you need to cancel. You can re-schedule for an additional cost. If totally canceling party/event there is a 50% cancellation fee. 50% will be returned within 10 business days.

What requirements are needed on my end to set-up?

We will need an outlet (if possible) to plug in the Stuffing Machine. We will have shirts and fabric pens available. You are more than welcome to provide your own additional embellishments for further t-shirt designs. 

How far in advance do I need to make my reservations?

It is recommended that you book your party as soon as possible. With most parties being on the weekends, there are limited spots on the calendar.

Can additional bears be added for last minute guests?

Yes, we always have extra Teddy friends traveling with us. Payments for any additional need to be paid for upon arrival.
