Refund policy

Create A Companion party host will conduct 90 minutes of fun by stuffing bears, making special wishes, helping children design their own t-shirt or pick out clothing (if added). In addition, we will listen to music and dance! There will be lots of spotlight on the birthday child. 

A $100 retainer is due to hold your party date at the time of booking. The retainer fee will be applied to your final party total. The balance is due no later than two weeks prior to your party date. If the balance is not paid two weeks prior to your party date, Create A Companion has the right to terminate this agreement and cancel your party date without rescheduling. The retainer fee is non-refundable in the event your party is cancelled. If your balance is paid and you need to cancel, Create A Companion will make every effort to work with you to reschedule your party within 30 days (schedule permitting). This also includes inclement weather. 

If all children do not attend the party, Create A Companion will leave number of animal party kits with you to be used at your discretion. 

Mileage over 30 miles from Dothan, AL based on Google Maps will incur a rate of .75 cents per mile plus 40.00 per driving hour.

 In the event of inclement weather, Create A Companion will reschedule your party as soon as time warrants with a manual party date. All party reschedules are subject to availability.

Please check with each parent of the child attending the party permission to use their child's photograph for Create A Companions marketing purposes to include images appearing on our company website and company social media platforms in addition to print publications.

Communication Policy:

If there is a need to contact Create A Companion regarding your party, please send us an email with your information and/or questions and we will return your email as soon as we are able. At times, we will be out in the community attending live events or traveling to other areas for events. Please understand that your party is very important to us and we will return your email as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding with our communication policy.
